Can I add my branding to a bulk order?
Yes — logo printing on mugs, custom fragrance or label options for candles, and branded packaging for hampers. Custom orders need design approval before production, carry additional charges, take longer, and have their own minimum order quantity.
How long does a bulk order take to arrive?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 15–25 business days after confirmation and advance payment, depending on order size, availability and customisation.
What are the payment terms?
75% advance payment confirms the order, with the remaining 25% due before dispatch. All payments are prepaid — UPI, credit/debit card, net banking or bank transfer. We don't offer Cash on Delivery on bulk orders.
What if something arrives damaged?
Let us know within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund under our standard Return Policy. Custom orders can only be returned if defective or if there was an error on our part.
