Order Processing Time
We generally process and dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving it, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once shipped, your order should reach you within 4 to 7 business days depending on your location.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 599. For orders below Rs. 599, a flat shipping charge of Rs. 99 will be applicable at checkout.
Payment
TheCeraHome currently accepts prepaid orders only. We do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout via our available payment methods — UPI, debit card, credit card, or net banking.

We ship ceramic mugs and scented candles with extra care — each order is packed securely to prevent breakage or damage in transit. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please write to us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged product and we will make it right.
