Who Can Place a Bulk Order?
Our bulk order programme is open to:

- Restaurants, cafés, spa and hospitality brands outfitting their spaces with aesthetic ceramic mugs.
- Individual customers placing large personal orders are welcome to enquire, though special pricing may not always apply.
Minimum Order Value
Bulk order pricing and benefits apply to orders with a minimum purchase value of Rs. 14,999 or more. For orders below this threshold, our standard pricing and policies apply.
Bulk Order Discounts
We offer exclusive pricing on all bulk orders based on the quantity, product selection, and order value. Discounts are personalised — meaning the more you order, the better the pricing we can offer.

Custom Orders and Branding
TheCeraHome offers customisation options for bulk buyers who want to add their brand identity to their order. This includes logo printing on ceramic mugs, custom fragrance or label options for scented candles, and branded packaging for gifting hampers.
Custom orders require prior discussion, design sharing, and approval before production begins. Additional charges apply for customisation and the production timeline will be longer than standard orders. A minimum order quantity is applicable for all custom items.
Please reach out to us early if you have a deadline — we want to make sure we deliver on time.
Shipping and Delivery for Bulk Orders
Bulk orders are processed and dispatched within 15 to 25 business days after order confirmation and receipt of advance payment. Timelines may vary depending on order size, product availability, and any customisation involved.
Shipping charges for bulk orders are calculated based on the total weight, destination, and size of the shipment. The exact shipping cost will be shared with you as part of your final quote.
All bulk orders are shipped Pan India. For international bulk enquiries, please write to us separately and we will arrange a custom shipping quote.
Payment Terms
To initiate a bulk order, an advance payment of 75% of the total order value is required at the time of confirmation. The remaining 25% is due before the order is dispatched.
All payments are prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery for bulk orders. Accepted payment methods include UPI, credit card, debit card, net banking, and bank transfer.
A formal invoice will be issued once your order is confirmed and payment instructions will be shared at that time.
Returns and Exchanges on Bulk Orders
Bulk orders are non-returnable unless the products received are damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with photographs of the affected items. We will arrange replacements or process a refund as applicable under our standard Return Policy.
Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is defective or there is an error on our part.
